Remote learning

Currently we are using Class Dojo as a platform to present our home learning to children. This mirrors the curriculum being taught in school.

The information below is about the new platform we will be rolling out within this half term. Our intention is to trial this with Year 2 and then ask for feedback, so if you could help us out, that would be much appreciated. Your feedback is always welcome.

Remote learning

As school is now closed for most children, you will need to visit this page each day to see your learning tasks. We are using a tool called 'Sway' to provide home learning. The sway has many benefits including being able to monitor which children have accessed the home learning and is more interactive for your child, as well as having all the learning in one place.

We appreciate that lots of parents are working whilst looking after their child/ren and we would like to reassure you that we are doing everything that we can to make this as straight forward and independent for you. We thank you for supporting your child's learning and encourage you to get in touch if you have any questions.

Some work will be uploaded to the teacher directly through Sway, however, other tasks will require you to upload work to their Dojo profiles as you currently do.

If you have any problems please contact your child's class teacher on Dojo.
