New to Nursery or Reception
At Birchfield Primary School we understand that starting in Nursery and/or Reception is a big change for everyone. We understand that the decision regarding where to send your child to school is a vital one, so getting 'a feel' for a school is so important. We are now welcoming parent's to look around the school again so please give us a call.
Each year we plan a full transition package including Stay and Play's, transition videos and home visits. This ensures that the transition to school runs smoothly and everyone is ready and excited to start. This is reviewed, changed and improved yearly or to fit the individual needs of the children coming into school.
We have an intake of children in Nursery in September, January and April - children can start the term after they are 3 years old.
If you have any questions - please don't hesitate to contact us.
